RUN! DON'T LOOK BACK! TICKETNETWORK SCAM!

This is my second review of TicketNetwork. If I could give a zero star rating I would. I ordered two tickets on 7/2/22 for the 12/15/22 Nashville Vince Gill/Amy Grant Christmas Concert and my credit card was immediately debited in the amount of $678.39. I received a confirmation message along with information stating that I'd receive my tickets electonically by 7/4/22. I have called the phone number they provided 866-459-9233 and am kept on hold for hours with the most irritating music ever created. Sadly, IF a customer service rep answers the call, they have ZERO authority to assist in any way, shape or form. I spent an entire afternoon on the phone on 8/12/22 and thought that I'd made some progress on getting my tickets. No such luck. I was told that my tickets that I purchased on 7/2/22 were actually going to be purchased by TicketNetwork from another ticket reseller (AXS) and that I should open an account with AXS to find my tickets. I did that. Then I was told that AXS won't release the tickets until a day before the concert and that I shouldn't worry because my purchase is 100% guaranteed. Well, I am worried! I feel like this is a scam company...do you blame me? I asked for the name of the CEO and mailing address. It took me 3 different customer reps before I reeived the following information: Donald Vaccaro, CEO; 75 Gerber Road East, South Windsor, CT 06074 So Mr. Vaccaro, I'll be sending you a letter which I fully expect to show up in my mailbox as "Return to Sender/No Such Person/No Such Address DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I truly believe that TicketNetwork is one big fat fraudulant company. If I don't get my tickets this week, I will be contacting the Attorney General of Florida and Connecticut. Fraudulant Business! BUYER BEWARE!

Complete scam. Didn't get what I paid for

I purchased "VIP rows 1-8" for a concert in Spokane. We ended up in general admission behind the VIP section. I was charged $150 per ticket and ended up getting $35 tickets. They took zero responsibility and said "we are only a website that lets people sell their tickets". Unexceptable and do not fall for their scam! Buy tickets elsewhere.

DONT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM…

DONT PURCHASE TICKETS FROM TICKETNETWORK***Wouldnt even give a star if I could. Purchased 2 tickets for the Harry Styles concert from TicketNetwork. When claiming the tickets, it directs you to TicketMaster where it says “ticket transfer has already been accepted by another email”. TicketNetwork were not able to tell me what email it went to. I dont understand how they not able to provide that information when I paid for those tickets. When asked to escalate to someone with hire authority, I didnt get a response. I sent a follow up email but still no response. Please avoid purchashing tickets from them. They dont hold accountability for anything. Very bad business. I dont even know why Ticketmaster would associate themselves with this company.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE BUYERS BEWARE

I absolutely have to make sure that no one else's dreams are absolutely CRUSHED by TicketNetwork. I purchased tickets back in March for the Morgan Wallen concert in Wheatland California. I have truly had a rough couple of years and his music has gotten me through some pretty dark and hard times. His lyrics are heartfelt and truly amazing! Today, months later, I am getting an email that says your order was cancelled. After waiting on hold for over an hour I was told that they were unable to get the tickets. When questioned why did they offer tickets they don't have I was told IDK. This company is lying to the customer, waiting until the price has double to tell you OPPS sorry we can't get the tickets for you. This is absolutely ridicules. I have been waiting for this concert as the bright spot in the last couple of months. Not only am I out tickets I am also out the money I paid for the hotel as well as my friend that was watching my baby girl has this date saved on her calendar and may have lost out on other opportunities to take other appointments. Please be wary of this happening to you. My heart is broken!

Stole 2 sets of tickets from me

I purchased tickets for two event originally scheduled for 2021 that were both posted poned to 2022. I have the email where the tickets were transferred, where the concerts were postponed but use the same tickets, and NOW the tickets are no where... I asked to have them resent. Oh we can't. OK, I am now OUT over $600 because the tickets were not put into my account? Truly stay away, run as fast as you can, go directly to Ticketmaster and save yourself the trouble and loss of funds and frustration.

They will not refund tickets for a rescheduled show

I purchased two tickets for the Jeff Dunham show. The show was cancelled and then rescheduled for September. Unfortunately during the same time we are going on vacation to the beach.
Tried to call to cancel the tickets since we cannot make the rescheduled show and was told they will not refund the tickets. This company is a total scam. Do not purchased any tickets from them. EVER!

They will not help you ever!

I purchased 4 tickets for $250 each and the headliner for the show was canceled, I asked for a refund because it is now not the same show and I had no intention to go anymore. I also bought ticket insurance from Allianz which was recommended for $100. Nothing helped Allianz said they don't cover someone canceling the show and ticket network said that because half of the show was still there it doesn't constitute a refund. Total scam never buy tickets from here. I've been trying for a month now to get my money back and they have thrown me around in circles even though they have a 100% money-back guarantee it's a lie. Edit: after leaving this review I got a call from their management asking me to take it down and an offer for 50% of my money back. It's funny how they finally wanted to help me a little bit after this but beforehand they were throwing me through hoop after hoop after hoop.

Q:

I bought two tickets to WHO concert for my son, the concert was postponed and now rescheduled when he will be out of the country. How can I resell these tickets?

Answer This Question

Q:

Is this a legit website or a scam?... i just bought tickets and now im reconsidering my purchase

A:

These are scam artists who "sell" tickets that do not exist. I paid for two GA - Lawn tickets to the ZZTop concert in West Palm Beach, October 2019. Guess what? The lawn area will not be used for this concert, nobody will be allowed in the area, and no tickets have been or will be ever issued for the GA - Lawn area. Currently in the process of disputing the transaction and I am looking into reporting their criminal (Wire Fraud) activity)

A:

MASSIVE SCAM! Bought my husband (a HUGE fan) Van Halen tickets for his b-day. This was only place that had them so thought they were the official ticket sales for the concert. Turns out their Bots swooped up all the tickets before the fans could and what were $55 GA tickets originally, I spent $250ea on, because these creeps jacked them up beyond reason. When we got to Will Call, the lady said we were lucky we showed up early, because the tickets were under a fake name (the Bots fake ticket purchase name) and they likely sold these same tickets to several people and first to come gets them. DON'T LISTEN TO A THING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS IN RESPONSE! They have all the money in the world, thanks to us overcharged fans, to hire the best of the best. I can't wait until they make these A-holes shut down. What scumbags to do this to fans who work hard for their money. Despicable!

A:

Just don't buy anything if there is a chance you might have to resell the tickets. Their customer service people misled me about my ability to resell my tickets. I posted my tickets for sale according to what he instructed me to do. Then the tickets sold and I was concerned that the person wouldn't get the tickets in time since they require the tickets to be shipped to me by the person I bought them from and from me to the person who bought them from me. I asked them if they could just have the tickets sent directly to the person who bought them from me. As a result of my concern for their customer the customer service person called me a liar and cancelled the sale. Then he proceeded to take nearly $400 out of my account to refund the person who bought the tickets from me. So in short I am paying $1,200 for two tickets to a music festival that have a face value of about $650 and I can't go to the festival. I notified them of my inability to attend the festival in November 2015 and they took the opportunity to trap me into giving them another $400. This company is predatory and they have no concern for their customers.

Q:

Do they charge any surcharges or fees

A:

Service fees Yes Delivery fees yes Do not use Stephen Beauchamp 689 St. Clair Parkway Corunna ON 519-381-1891

by Ken470 - January 26, 2016

A:

Yes they charge very high fees. Also, they intentionally misled me about reselling my tickets so that they could get even more fees from me. When I complained to the Better Business Bureau they said they would not charge me the additional fees (of almost $400) yet they took the fees out of my checking account nearly a month before that and had not refunded them. Stay away from this company at all costs.

Q:

I purchased tickets to the Macklemore and Ryan Lewis show for Jan. 17 in New Orleans and received an email from Ticket Orama to call them so they can verify some information. Is this a scam?

A:

I don't have info on that either, sorry

by Stephens779 - January 12, 2016

A:

Ticket Network just rebrokers other tickets from smaller, local ticket brokers. I would look up Ticket Orama and see if they are a legit ticket broker.

by Byrd861 - January 10, 2016

A:

Sorry, I don't have any info regarding that. I would verify any contact numbers that they gave you before contacting them. Unfortunately you can't trust anyone these days!

Q:

I'm a "gramma" who is leery of purchasing from an unknown (to me) site. I'd like to buy 2 tickets for my granddaughter for a Christmas present to see Panic at the Disco. Am I safe? And how do I know which seats are good ones? Thank you. Tina

A:

I would not go through this site for tickets! The prices are completely ridiculous because they add some crazy fee to the price, which they don't disclose, and you will pay way more for the tickets. The customer service is awful if you have any issues, and you probably will, when going through this site. Go through one of the well known sites like TicketMaster

by Scott659 - November 30, 2015

A:

I purchased from this site and my experience was very pleasant. My tickets arrived when they said they would. I found my tickets on seatgeek. That website (I will link it below) shows you what sites have good deals and which seats are overpriced for their area. It also tells you where certain seats have the best view. I would highly recommend www.seatgeek.com

by Adrian005 - November 29, 2015

A:

I had no problems with them, but yes the prices are more expensive
